Shipping costs and modalities
As a matter of principle, we endeavour to dispatch the goods you have ordered to you as quickly as possible. As a rule, this takes place within 24 hours of receipt of the order for orders on working days, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. If, contrary to expectations, a delivery bottleneck should occur, we will send you an order confirmation with your individual delivery date. If you order a larger quantity of a single item or a combination of several items, we will optimise the shipping method and show you the actual costs incurred during the ordering process.
Shipping costs in detail
- CURRENT PROMOTION: free shipping from an order value of 150.00 EUR (net, without VAT)!
(except for our showcases, which are delivered by a forwarding agent at a fixed price of 120.00 EUR) - 6.90 to 9.90 EUR per parcel when shipped by parcel service (applies to the large number of our items when ordered individually)
- 15.00 EUR when commissioning and bundling several order items for parcel service shipment
- 28.50 EUR per forwarding shipment of large-format products, e.g. brochure stand models (to avoid transport damage at the parcel service)
- 65.00 EUR per pallet shipment with freight forwarding for sensitive & large-volume products (e.g. customer stoppers Premium from 70x100cm)
- 120.00 EUR per display case (delivery by forwarding agent - if necessary by articulated lorry - free kerbside - independent of other orders - delivery only possible to corporate customers with corresponding goods acceptance)
- Outside our current shipping campaign: for an order value of 500,- to 999,- EUR we charge 55,- EUR for pallet shipping - from 1.000,- EUR order value we deliver free of charge
The stated shipping costs refer to shipping within Germany (without islands) - for delivery abroad the shipping costs will be agreed individually.
Customers from Austria please use our Austrian shop at www.aldisplays.at, customers from Switzerland please use www.aldisplays.ch - re the country-specific shipping costs and, if applicable, currencies will be indicated directly.
Our showcases are excluded from the conditions for free delivery. Due to the greater risk of breakage, they are always delivered separately by a forwarding agent at a fixed cost. From an order value of EUR 2,000 (net), we also deliver our display cases free of charge.
