ALDISPLAYS® has been awarded the grade "Very Good" by NETZSIEGER.de.
The online comparison portal NETZSIEGER.de has rated our shop with the grade 4.71 (Very Good) in an individual test. It offers a huge selection of independent individual and comparative tests for various categories such as electronics, business, finance, etc., which do not only lead to an evaluation from a technical point of view, but are rather put through their paces from the customer's point of view.
The comparison portal came to the following conclusion here:
Tradespeople who need displays, showcases, digital advertising media or other products for customer acquisition are guaranteed to find what they are looking for at ALDISPLAYS. The range is extremely large. Our good impression is rounded off by a very clear homepage, attractive delivery conditions and excellent customer service.
The testers particularly emphasised the categories "assortment" and "service" with 5 out of 5 possible points each. In the first category, the editors explicitly praised our huge product portfolio, which is very broad and leaves hardly any customer wishes unfulfilled. In the "Operation" category, the editors tested our shop a little more closely: Here they came to the conclusion that the online shop as a whole is very user-friendly and has a "responsive" design, and is thus automatically displayed in the best resolution on every device (smartphone & tablet). Furthermore, the product descriptions, the special offers section with particularly favourable offers and the search function of the shop were also highlighted.
"Help and support" also received a "very good" rating of 4.8 at NETZSIEGER.de.
"Customer service is written in capital letters at ALDISPLAYS. The company offers advice by phone, email and chat. Our e-mail test query was answered by a support employee within a few minutes in a friendly and competent manner." ...was the reason given by the testers. Shipping conditions, security and payments were also evaluated - 4+ results are achieved here in all disciplines.
In all points, the results are mirrored by the customer ratings in the "Trusted Shop" seal. Here, too, our customer reviews score 4.85 out of a possible 5. But we still won't rest on our laurels.
